Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, texture, or finish due to manufacturing processes and screen display differences.

4. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers

Promotional or discount codes must be entered during checkout to be valid and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed. Wren reserves the right to limit the use of promotion codes, withdraw or modify promotions at any time, and exclude certain products or categories from promotions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are not stackable.

5. Product Information & Accuracy

Wren makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other content on this Website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current. In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or incorrect product information, Wren reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for the affected product or correct the error at any time. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued for the affected amount.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Wren reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including orders affected by stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wren shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Cast iron cookware may display natural variations, seasoning marks, or minor surface irregularities that do not affect performance and are not considered defects. Items returned must meet the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

9. Product Use & Care Disclaimer

Wren cast iron cookware must be used and maintained according to the provided care instructions. Wren shall not be responsible for damage caused by misuse, overheating, thermal shock, improper cleaning, or failure to follow care guidelines, nor for injury, burns, or property damage arising from improper use of our products. Use all cookware with appropriate caution and safety measures.

10. Warranty

Wren provides a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage occurring under normal, non-commercial household use when following care and maintenance guidelines. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, seasoning wear, slight surface imperfections, rust due to improper seasoning or maintenance, misuse, neglect, overheating, thermal shock, harsh detergents, dishwasher damage, glass lids, silicone sleeves, commercial use, accidental drops, impact damage, cracks, chipping, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

To make a warranty claim, contact Wren Customer Service with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue. If approved, Wren may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion. You may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning defective products and shipping replacements. For assistance, contact support@wren.my.

11. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this Website or our products. You agree to indemnify and hold Wren harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this Website or breach of these Terms.
