Warranty Policy

Wrén products are thoughtfully crafted to keep up with the demands of a busy kitchen. Over time, it is normal for cookware to develop changes in appearance, surface marks, or signs of everyday use, and these are not covered under warranty.

Wrén products are covered against manufacturing defects affecting product performance or durability. However, damages caused by improper storage, misuse, extreme heat, thermal shock, accidents, or failure to follow our care instructions are not covered under warranty.

Cast Iron

Wrén Cast Iron cookware is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects affecting functionality or structural durability.

Normal cosmetic changes such as seasoning development, surface marks, scratches, discoloration, and rust are not covered under warranty.

Rust is a natural characteristic of cast iron due to its high iron content. With proper seasoning and care, rust can usually be prevented, cleaned, and restored without causing permanent damage to the cookware.

Accessories

Universal lids are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Damages resulting from use with products not manufactured by Wrén, misuse, or exposure to temperatures above 260°C are not covered under warranty.

Chainmail scrubbers and stainless steel ladles are also covered for manufacturing defects only.

Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration, and superficial damage from regular use are not covered under warranty.
