Why the name "Wren"?

The name Wren comes from Jean's Chinese name 仁 (rΓ©n) β€” meaning kindness, patience, and strength. It's deeply personal, representing the spirit and values Wren stands for. The wren bird also symbolizes resilience and creativity, qualities that reflect the spirit behind the brand.

Is Wren local or imported?

Wren is proudly a Malaysian brand πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ύ, designed by Jean Bean Studio and produced in China by partners under custom specifications and strict quality control.

We have gone through extensive sampling and testing to ensure the quality meets our expectations. The journey hasn't been easy β€” we've learned the hard way from earlier setbacks, but every product that makes it to you is one we personally stand by.

General Orders FAQs

Where are Wren products made?

Wren products are primarily made in China with the best craftsmanship. We are both transparent and proud of our premium supply chain.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once checkout is completed.

If you need help with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before shipment.

Please note that billing addresses and payment amounts cannot be changed once an order has been confirmed.

My order arrived with damage, how do I get a replacement?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@wren.my and include clear photos of the damage for faster assistance. We'll do our best to help arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

An item or items are missing from my order?

If part of your order appears to be missing, please don't worry and reach out to us directly. Our team will gladly help check your shipment status and assist with the next steps.

How can I return or exchange my order?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for orders. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at support@wren.my and we'll be happy to help however we can.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Upon shipment, tracking details will be sent via email for delivery updates. While we strive to fulfil orders promptly, shipping timelines may occasionally vary due to courier or operational delays.

How do I receive free shipping on my order?

We occasionally run free shipping promotions throughout the year. To stay updated, feel free to join our email list or follow our social channels for the latest announcements.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to get your cookware to your kitchen as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5–7 working days
  • Singapore: 1–3 working days
