- Damage occurring under normal, non-commercial household use when following care and maintenance guidelines
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, seasoning wear, or slight surface imperfections
- Rust due to improper seasoning or maintenance
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, overheating, thermal shock, or harsh detergents
- Dishwasher damage (cast iron is for handwashing only)
- Glass lids and silicone sleeves
- Commercial or professional use
- Accidental drops, impact damage, cracks, or chipping
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Wrén Customer Service with proof of purchase
- Provide clear photos of the issue with a brief description
- If approved, Wrén may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion
Note: You may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective product and shipping the replacement product.
